Canaima Day Tour
Enjoy the opportunity of watching the highest waterfall in the World, located in one the most ancient rocky formations in the planet. Canaima, located in the rocky formation of the “Guayanes” massif, south east of the State of Bolivar and at almost 225 Kilometers from the Orinoco river. This national park was declared in 1975 a natural mankind heritage, combined with the jungle, plains and the impressive “Tepuyes” that date from the Pre-Cambric era, more than 3500 million years ago.
At the highest Tepuy, named the “Auyantepuy,” the highest waterfall in the World is located with an altitude of 1005 meters. The combination that this geologic formation presents and the impressive water falls make this an unique scenario in the world. Also, the tropical jungle with its exotic and exuberant vegetation, shall make you feel in a lost world, full of legend and multicolored birds. A unique experience in an unforgettable site.

Delta/ Orinoco – Canaima (2 days 1 night)
In one trip you will be able to enjoy two different natural areas in Venezuela.
On the first day the Orinoco Delta will be visited, with the amazing view of its flora, fauna and stop at the Warao Indian Community, fish some piranhas and ending the day with an spectacular sunset.
On the second excursion day, we shall fly over the world’s highest falls, The Angel Falls, to later land in the Canaima National Park and walk to the “Salto del Sapo”, passing by famous Canaima Lagoon, and having the opportunity to be in contact with the Permones Indian Community. Take a rest, enjoying a delicious lunch, to later start our journey back to our starting point.

RAFTING
At only a 45 minute distance from Barinas, the adventure of traveling the white and foamy rivers are awaiting for us. With the help of oars and an inflatable boat, a professional will guide you along the streams and will make the boat gallop on the tip of the white waves. Equipped with sports lifesavers, “kajakin” helmets and with ropes for jumping. Stimulate yourself and come with us and enjoy this great adventure.

Angel Falls Excursion - 03 days, 02 nights.
Navigating the Carrao and Churún rivers, we invite you take an adventure with us.
First Day:
We take a plane and arrive at the Canaima National Park.
Reception and transfer to the Camp (bordering the Canaima Lagoon).
Lunch, relax for about 1 hour.
Excursion begins towards the “Salto Sapo” (waterfall), in a “curiara” (boat) along the Canaima Lagoon, to observe during the journey the Ucaima, Guadaima, Golondrina and Hacha falls.
A 15 minute walk along the jungle and the plains.
This activity will take about 2 hours.
Journey towards the Ahonda camp (located on the Orquídea Island) from El Sapo port, navigating along the Carrao river to the Mayupa plains ( 15 minutes ).
A 25 minute walk along the Mayupa plains. Embark to continue navigating towards the Ahonda camp.
Sightseeing of the “Sarro Meru” known as Pond of Happiness.
Arrival at the Ahonda camp.
Dinner.
Spend the night sleeping in hammocks.
Second Day:
Breakfast at the Camp
Journey towards “Isla Ratón” (Angel Falls) navigating the Carrao and Churun rivers bordering the “Auyantepuy”, approximately 2 hours.
Arrival at “Isla Ratón”. A 15 minute rest. Beginning of a climbing walk through the jungle, up to the Laime viewpoint, where you may observe the entire magnitude of the Angel Falls. A 10 minute rest to begin the walk downhill to the Angel Falls’ pool, if the conditions of the river allow it.
Downhill walk to the Isla Ratón Camp.
Lunch. Rest.
Journey to the Ahonda camp.
Spend the night sleeping in hammocks.
Third Day:
Breakfast
Journey to Canaima.
Arrival at the Ucaima port.
Transfer to the Tiuna Tours Camp.
Visit to the Indian Community (Francisco Montes)
Free time. You may use it to visit the handicraft shops, go to the Lagoon, take photographs.
Lunch.
At the established hour we shall head towards the runway.
We shall fly over the Angel Falls
Return to Porlamar.
