GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The information contained in this publication has been reviewed with extreme care in order to guarantee the veracity of same. However, some of the of the data such as tariffs, schedules and hotels are susceptible of change with no previous notice, therefore we do not compromise ourselves with the data presented, in an indicative mode, which shall be confirmed once the requested reservation has been performed. The subscription in any of our programs means the acceptance of the particular sales conditions.

RESERVATIONS:
In order to confirm the reservation of any of the programs, the customer must deposit a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the contracted services.

RESERVATION EXPENSES:
Any cancelation of reservations already invoiced will automatically generate, and with no exception, a 10%  charge due to communication and administration expenses of  the total amount of the invoice, besides charges that may correspond, according to what has been detailed in the paragraph of annulments and penalties and/or expenses demanded by the supplier.

Annulments and penalties:
Annulments shall be accepted when THE CLIENT communicates same in written to Ecoaventura Turística SM, C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9.
Expenses for the annulment of land services shall be the following:
A) In any case, when same has been paid with a credit card,  negotiation expenses of same, duties or taxes, if same should apply.
B) Any cancellation request not performed within the dates free of  penalty: 1 night charged by the hotel.
C) During the high season: Less than 14 days before the arrival days of the passengers, penalty shall be the total amount of the lodging or the package, that is to say 100%.
D) During the low season, less than 7 days before the arrival of passengers, penalty shall be the total amount of the lodging or the package, that is to say 100%.

Reimbursements:
Any reimbursement request shall be performed by THE CLIENT through   Ecoaventura Turística SM, C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, in a period of time no greater than 30 days after the ending of the contracted services, and same must deliver support and prove of the justified claims of the claimed destination. No reimbursement shall be made due to services not voluntarily used by THE CLIENT.

Cancellations:
Any annulment due to decision or on account by THE CLIENT,  a written request must be made and sent by fax as soon as possible, and same shall  assume administration expenses that said cancellation may generate to our company and/or the companies who supply the services.

Check In & Check Out:
In most of the hotels the check in hour for the passengers is at 15:00 an the checkout is at 13:00, being this accepted by the travel agency and/or THE CLIENT. Any changes requested on the aforementioned hours, must be made in writing at the time of the reservation and the authorization shall be according to the policies of each of the hotels in particular, and according to the case, an additional charge may be done for this concept.

Documentation:
It is the sole responsibility of the CLIENT to have all his/her documentations updated for the trip. The CLIENT must have a valid passport, and the required visas, according to the schedule chosen. The noncompliance with the aforementioned by THE CLIENT, will cause the loss of the right of any right of reimbursement and to suffer the consequences of its exclusion. Likewise, when the authorities of any country refuse the entrance of the CLIENT to said country.

Interrupted Trip:

Any Interrupted or cancelled  Trip and any services not used, by decision of the passenger, no matter the reason, must be assumed by same, therefore Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, nor the OPERATOR (external if there where any), are not responsible, due to the eventual loss of same. It is recommended for the CLIENT to purchase an insurance  policy, to cover the aforementioned risk.

Luggage:
Luggage and other personal items that belong to THE CLIENT are the sole responsible of same. Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9 nor THE OPERATOR (external if there where any), are not responsible, for the loss of same. It is recommended for the CLIENT to purchase an insurance policy, to cover the aforementioned risk.
Changes of Schedules and Hotels:

Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, may, due to force majeure, (strikes, climate phenomena, terrorist acts, unforeseen political events), act of God or for security, modify the schedule as well as the hotels by others of similar category and comfort.

Tariffs:
Tariffs shown in the Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, web page are based on tariffs currently in force. They are expressed en Euros. These tariffs are subject to changes, with no prior notification. They do not include departure taxes in the countries that same may apply.

Deposits and Pre-Payments:
Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, shall not be responsible for annulled of reservations or services due to lack or late payment.

Responsibilities:
Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, hereby explicitly declares that same works solely as an intermediary between THE CLIENT and the companies who supply the services, that is to say, the entities or persons who will be called to render the requested services.  In case of any damage, wound, accident, delay or irregularities that may occur during the performance of the services to the tourists, during their journey by their mediation, as well as luggage and other objects that belong to them, due to the natural bad weather conditions, strikes, riots, wars or rumors of wars or by any Act of God, may not be chargeable, by any consent of the parties.

When THE CLIENT travels by any means of transportation, air, river, land or sea, it is convenient for same to be expressly committed  to the laws of the country in which the referred air transportation has been licensed. THE CLIENT agrees to abide to the general agreement conditions printed in the airplane ticket, therefore, Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, is not responsible.

Acceptance by the Client:
THE CLIENT agrees that he knows and accepts these contract general conditions  established by  Eco Aventura Turística S.M., C.A. RIF: J-3527674-9, and said acceptance is ratified by any of the following acts:
